We want you to love your Hot Miami Styles look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our Miami warehouse.
Receive Store Credit
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card for the purchase amount to your email within 5-7 business days.
